Colorado Bans TrueCar - Department of Revenue and Motor Vehicle Dealer Board - Automotive Digital Marketing Professional Community

1. Does this ruling mean that TrueCar is not able to do business in the State of Colorado?
2. Will other state Departments of Revenue and Motor Vehicle Divisions issue similar rulings and administrative guidance to the dealers in their respective states?
